Requesting a visit

Selecting a time and submitting the form sends a quote-visit request. It does not confirm an appointment, accept an estimate or place an order for paid work. Dale will contact you to confirm arrangements. Available times can change. Please provide accurate contact and address details, and contact Dale if you need to change or cancel a request.

Quotes, work and payment

Scope, pricing, materials, deposits, payment arrangements and any work-specific terms will be supplied separately with your estimate or other written agreement. Estimates and invoices are handled in QuickBooks. This website does not take payments or card details. Additional work and changes to prices must be agreed before proceeding.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this website removes your statutory consumer rights. Where a service agreement is made at a distance or at your home, applicable cancellation information will be provided separately before the agreement is made. Any request to start work within a cancellation period must be agreed separately; submitting this form is not a waiver of cancellation rights. The advertised three-year workmanship guarantee is additional to your statutory rights; its scope will be explained with the work agreement.

Using the site

Do not submit false or abusive requests, upload unlawful content, attempt to access private management pages or interfere with the service. Only send information and photos you have permission to share. Private booking and gallery management controls are restricted to Dale.

Content and external services

Site text, branding and gallery images must not be reused commercially without permission. External services, including WhatsApp and Google, operate under their own terms. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but maintenance and outages may occur. If a form fails, call or message Dale.
